Help!!! All my friends are turning 40 and I need party dress ideas.......just being told to "come in garb because it's a Shrek party" doesnae help me much...Should I go in 12th, 13th? or 15th Century gar?  I did a Google and found that McCall's non period costume ideas seem to fit best. It's been a while since I made my wedding dress and I am sure it won't fit....maybe the time has come to rip it up and turn it into something useful. Please let me know your take on whatever the "females" in Shrek are wearing....btw I am not painting my face green. I will leave that the host and hostess. BTW the (rather lovely) couple in question have three kids, all of whom are in service to the dream...I guess the party is really for them - or is it?
